Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying distinct sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
